Janis Ruth Scott Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Ruth Scott of Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Allen Harrell and Lorene R. Harrell (Mosby); her husband Robert D. Scott; and her children, Shawn Scott and Lorrie Gee.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Metz (Moran) of Oxford, KS; her niece Gina Maggard; and her friends, Steve, Wendy Tuck and Karen Jones. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
