She is survived by: her children, Shane Shorter and Brandi Richardson (Tim); her stepdaughter Kelley Lotu Manggay; her grandchildren, Tony Stephens Jr., Samantha Pogue (Jesse) and Hannah Cantu; her great grandchildren, Hennessey Cantu, Haygen Cantu, Haisleigh Cantu, Gavin Shorter, Emmit Shorter, Ameighya Moore, Ariannah Moore, Alaynah Pogue and Jayden Pogue; her siblings, Ronald "Bub" Askins, Allen Askins (Lois) and Elaine Weathers; her sister-in-law Mary Lou Shorter; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
