Lockhart (Maria Hernandez) and Stephenie Lockhart Dugan (Dusty) of Wellington, KS; his stepchildren, Arlen Dixon of Oklahoma City, OK and Stephenie Dixon of Manhattan, KS; his sisters, DeAnne Flippin of Edmond, OK, Colette Iverson (Dave) of Howard, OH and Mary Jane Alvarez (Manuel) of Chihuahua, Mexico; his grandchildren, Peighton Westmoreland of Derby, KS, Ally Westmoreland of Wichita, KS, Kadence Westmoreland of Wellington, KS, Parker Gressel of South Haven, KS, Paysley Lockhart of Caldwell, KS and Preslie Langford of Caldwell, KS; his siblings-in-law, Mike Dugan (Marsha) of Wellington, KS, Rick Dugan (Karen) of Seattle, WA and Cathy Dugan of Wellington, KS; and his stepgrandchildren, Eli of Wichita, KS, Georgia of Wichita, KS, Kelce Coleman of Wichita, KS and Madison Swope of Newkirk, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial Graveside Services will be held at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery in Winfield, KS on April 8, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.
A Memorial has been established with the American Legion Tom Schwinn Post #90 in lieu of flowers.
