Smith, AR, Patricia Kostedt (Ron) of Hazelwood, MO, Michael Reimer (Sandra) of Caldwell, TX, Carolyn Bahr (Chad) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Margaret Botek (Dean) of Stanton, MI and Elizabeth Zahl (Orry) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
