He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Marie Lacey; his parents, Everett Lacey and Dora Lacey; his brothers, Donald Lacy, Robert Lacey and Alfred Lacey; and his stepson Nathaniel Tingley.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lacey; his daughter Leslie Dawn Lacey; his stepchildren, Kimberly Williams, Kelli Kister, Larry Arterburn, Kathryn Vasquez, Karen Sprague, Erin Shore and Susan Auten; his siblings, Larry Lacey (Becky), Shirley Wenner (Jim) and Karen Barker (Bob); and his sister-in-law Janice Lacey. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
