She is survived by: her children, Scot Oathout (Lori) of Wellington, Kansas and De Anne Oathout of Wellington, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lyndsie Oathout of Wellington, Abbey Bannister of Denver, Mallory Sapp (Josh) of Oklahoma City, McKenna Oathout (Zach Frederick) of Wellington, Callie Bannister of Denver, Jared Oathout of Wellington and Burl Ward of Salina, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Spencer Ward of Salina, Kansas and Emma Sapp of Oklahoma City; and her sister LaVonda Cash of Wichita. She is also survived by many nephews and very special friends.
