He is survived by: his parents, Heather Gourley (Jason Johnson) of Winfield and Anthony Gragg of Eureka Springs, AR; his siblings, Abbie Flemming of Winfield, Jason Johnson, Jr. of Wichita and Ellayna Johnson of Winfield; his grandparents, Dale Johnson (Jo) of Clearwater and Shirley D. Johnston of Wichita; his aunts and uncles, Justin Gourley, Christopher Gourley, Kail Gourley, Dustin Johnson, Jake Johnson (Melissa), Quentin Kile (Shannon) and Marcy Raymer (Paul); and his niece Jordyn Flemming.
