Fred J. Yoder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 89, Fred J. Yoder of Wellington, Kansas, born in Jamestown, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred J. Yoder to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Yoder and Edna Yoder; his brothers, Larry, Gary and Robert Yoder; and his great grandchild Nash.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Yoder; his sons, Mike Yoder (Frances), David Yoder (Kim), Curt Yoder and Phil Yoder (Becky); and his siblings, Edmond Yoder (Minnie) and Peg Plante (Joe). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory (1030 Mission Rd, Wellington, KS 67152). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sumner Memorial Gardens (1500 E Harvey Ave, Wellington, KS 67152).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Avenue of Flags or the Wellington Humane Society.
