He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellis Carr and Kathrina Carr (Engle); his wife Sarah Frances Phipps; his grandfather Jacob; his children, Sarah Carr of Colorado Springs, CO and David Carr (Colette Kocour) of Wellington, KS; his grandsons, Max Carr (Maura Rogers) and Wade Carr (Alyson); and his great grandchildren, Lauren Carr, Hannah Carr, Emily Carr and Frances Carr.
