He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Levan (Vogt); his parents, Earl Sr. and Sarah Levan; and his sisters, Jean Tancini and Virginia Reynolds.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Levan (Angela) and Ron Levan (Tedra); his brother James Levan (Ruth); his grandchildren, Brenna Brownlee (Ryan), Jenna Tate (Justin), Brady Levan (Kayleigh) and Kyle Krueger; and his great grandchildren, Addy Brownlee, Kinley Brownlee, Lily Levan, Eli Tate and Emily Tate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Wellington Humane Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
