He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wes, Lucille Leonard, Albert and Viola Schultz. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Leonard and Caroline Leonard (Schultz); his wife Johnna Leonard; his children, Chaney Leonard, Wesley Leonard and Paige Leonard; and his sisters, Misty Coatney (Kenneth) and Melisa Castaneda (Jose).
Memorial contributions can be given in his name to the Doug Leonard Children's Education Fund, c/o Bank of Commerce.
