She was predeceased by: her husband Myron Bauer; her children, Donna Fuhrman and Mark Arnett; her half-sister Valmeta Woods; and her brother Bud Collins (Mary).
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bauer (Cindy) of Wellington, Kansas, Michelle Havner (Lonnie) of Wellington, Kansas and Priscilla Goodman (Ray) of Boone; and her grandchildren, Nolan Bauer (Shelby), Andrew Bauer (Bailey), Joshua Bauer, Lars Bergman, Travis Bergman, Brandon Hartzell (Daniel), Eddy Goodman, Teddy Goodman and Ray Goodman, Jr.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in her name to the VFW Post No. 881, Wellington, Kansas.
