She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph LeRoy Smith and Charlotte Smith (Conway); her husband Robert J. Booe; and her daughter Kristal Ann Booe. She is survived by: her sister Linda Marshall (Steve) of Andover; and her grandchildren, Traci and Scott McCord. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She volunteered in several community organizations including: the Lions Club, RSVP, Church Women United of Wellington, St. Anthony - St. Rose Altar Society and the American Red Cross Blood Mobile.
In lieu of flowers, Donna requested memorials to either the American Heart Association or the Wellington Humane Society.
