She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Riege and Erva Riege (Hull); her sisters, Roberta Young and Bonnie Riege; and her great grandchild Kiersten.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Newell of Wellington; her children, Doug Kinyon (Cindy) of Belle Plaine, KS, Darwin Kinyon (Jill) of Missoula, MT and Denise Stinson (Brian) of Wellsville, KS; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Berryman, Malorie Kinyon, Kellie Castro, Jerrod Kinyon, Ryan Ricke, Jami Kinyon, LaDonna Frye, Tyler Rayl, Kayla Kinyon, Jessica Adams and Zachary Hess. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Memorials have been established with the Wellington Humane Society and with the National Children's Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
