He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Floyd and Virginia May Short (Adkins). He is survived by: his wife Novetta; his sons, Steven Short (Johnna) of Jenks, OK, Clifford Short of Shattuck, OK and Robert Short (Sondra) of Wellington; and his sisters, Shirley Faye Dixon of Shattuck, OK and Patricia Shelton of Amarillo, TX.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Good Shepherd Hospice and may be left with the Shelley Family Funeral Home 704 N. Washington, Wellington, KS 67152.
