He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Hines and Nola Hines (Crozier); his former wife Janice Porter; and his sister Bonnie Parker. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hutchinson; and his children, Deanna Whitley (David) of Stillwater, OK, Eric Hines (Diane) of Perry, OK and Aaron Hines (Jennifer) of Wellington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Memorials have been established with the Avenue of Flags or Good Shepherd Hospice in lieu of flowers .
