He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard H. Seal and Cora Isabel Seal (Blake); his son Andy Seal; and his brother Darwin Seal. He is survived by: his wife Carole Seal of Wellington; his sons, Shane Seal (Carissa), Toby Seal (Nikki), Shon Baker and Brett Baker (Andrea); and his sister Kathryn "Darlene" Panter. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; two nieces; and three nephews.
A memorial has been established with the Avenue of Flags in lieu of flowers.
