He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Applegate and Christine E. Berger; and his brother Robert Applegate. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Applegate of Wellington and Connie Stonehocker of Wellington; his grandsons, Taylor Applegate and Trevor Stonehocker of Wellington; and his sisters-in-law, Dorene Applegate and Sharon Kessinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
