He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Miller and Martha Miller (Schulte); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Dale Miller (Tereasa) of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Janet Page (Bill) of Wellington, Kansas and Mark Miller of Wellington, Kansas; his grandchildren, Cory Miller, Jeremy Miller, Tawnya Ybarra, Zachary Percival and Jordyn Clark; and his stepgrandchildren, Kody Page, Halynn, Chelsy, Trista, Jill McConnell and Crystal Burge. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in his memory with the American Legion Post 90 Honor Guard Fund, Wellington Humane Society and Good Shepherd Hospice.
