We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 83, Shirley Williams of Weir, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Thompson and Helen Thompson (Carl Willams); her brothers, Jim Thompson and John Thompson; her sisters-in-law, Francene Thompson and Francis Thompson; her parents-in-law, Clay Williams and Elizabeth Williams; her nephew Mark Thompson; and her nieces, Debbie Thompson and Kathy Sanders.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Howey (Kenny), Karla Chadd (Doug), Clayton Williams (Donnell) and Christoher Willliams (Carrie) of Weir, KS.; and her grandchildren, Kenny Howey (Jennifer), Kurtis Howey (Kristine), Shawnda Howey of Grove, OK, Clayton W. Williams of Weir, KS, Krystal Tangleman (Brian), Tammy Renn (Brian) of Carl Junction, MO, Alex Bruey (Joe) of Carl Junction, MO, Ryan Minta (Courtnie), Tayler Enlow (Cody), Amanda Burke (Sean), Blake Chadd (Jessica) of Pittsburg, KS, Logan Kichler (Justin) and Emma Edwards of Cherokee, KS. She is also survived by 25 Great Grandchildren with 2 due in 2024, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
