He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Moore and Ruby Moore (Kirk); his wife Patricia Fagg; his son Erik K. Moore; his grandson Neil Sandlin Moore; and his brothers, Dan Moore and Jack Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Moore (Cynthia) of Pittsburg, KS and Rebecca Keller (Greg) of Weir, KS; and his grandchildren, Aubri Moore of Lawrence, KS, Amanda Moore (Misty) of Kansas City, KS and Wes Keller (Brittany) of Pittsburg, KS. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Harry Hynes Hospice of Pittsburg.
