He is survived by: his wife Patricia Parnell; his children, Tammy Johnson of Erie, Annette Shaffer of Conway, Lori Neilson of Garnett and Roland Michael Bell of Kentucky; and his siblings, Michael Bell of Minnesota, Steven Bell of Minnesota, Kevin Bell of Minnesota, Ernie Wanous of Oregon, Danny Wanous of Oregon, Carol Minardi of Oregon and Bonnie Gallagher of Oregon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; other family and friends.
