He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bunge and Verna Bunge (Foster); his wife Mildred; and his sister Marjorie Bostwick. He is survived by: his son Arlen Bunge of Leavenworth, KS. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
