She is survived by: her husband Dale; and her children, Perry Chapman (Diane, Waverly, Sandra), Randy Chapman (Georganne, Yukon, Oklahoma), David Chapman (Connie, Waverly) and Daryl Chapman (Sandy, Baldwin, Kansas). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
