She is survived by: her children, Samantha Jo (Bollin), Johnson (Hunter), Allie Jane Pecina and Drew Frank Conrad; and her siblings, Jeff Earnshaw (Julie), Tammy Sperry (Earnshaw), Cindy Earnshaw, Andrea (Earnshaw) and Gonzales (Albert).
