Phyllis S. Ramsel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis S. Ramsel (Wathena, Kansas), born in Odessa, Texas, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Adam Plummer and Bertha Plummer (Winburn); her spouse Lawrence Dean Ramsel; her children, Deborah Uplinger, Dennise Turpin, Diana L. Darvin of Waupaca, Wisconsin Darlene Crane of Kingwood, Daniel Ramsel of Phenix City, Donald Ramsel of Odessa, Texas Dana Ortiz of Tracy and Dwight Ramsel of Hot Springs; and her sister Patricia Lane of Freemont. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
