Betty R. Sharp Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Betty R. Sharp in Wathena, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lewis and Dora Lewis (Murphy); and her sister Loutrilla Ann Lewis. She is survived by: her spouse Dale E. Sharp; her children, Marilyn Hake (Tim) of Trimble, Shirley Witt (Clark) of Warrensburg, Missouri, Gary Sharp (Barb) of Stewartsville and Tom Sharp (Rebekah) of Wathena; and her siblings, Fred Lewis (Luella) of Wathena, Susan Jones of Troy and Linda Klaus (Bob) of Troy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Life Church (1860 US-36, Wathena, KS 66090).
Burial: Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy, Kansas, In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for memorial donations be made to the New Life Church, Wathena, Kansas.
