She was predeceased by: her grandson Canyon Kelly. She is survived by: her parents, Norman Zantjer (Carol) of Omaha and Gertrude "Trudy" J. Herzog (Koopsen) of Bella Vista; her husband LeRoy Leonard; her children, Brandy McCubbin (Brandon) of Barnes, Shawnacy Lofgreen (Sheldon) of Gilbert, Tiffany Leonard of Blue Rapids, Bill Leonard (Heather) of Council Bluffs and Anthony Leonard of Saucier; and her siblings, Jeff Zantjer (Phyllis) of Watauga and Tammy Fink (JD) of Elkhorn, Nebraska.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
