He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fencl and Agnes Fencl (Neidar); and his siblings, Henry Fencl, Jr., Gary Fencl, Jim Fencl, Don Fencl, Wayne Fencl and Mary Ann Griffin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lora Simmons of Washington, Newton of Washington, Peggy Svanda of Washington, Carol Small (A. O.) of Washington, Sharon Fencl, Joseph Fencl and Roger Fencl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
