He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Schwartz and Mary Schwartz (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Douglas Schwartz (Natalie) of Washington and Cheri Jacques (Mike) of Manchester, TN; his grandchildren, Brock, Cody, Jenna Schwartz, Drake and Morgan MacFarlane; his children, Brett and Taylor Vogt; his great grandchildren, Ava, Isaac, Hudson Schwartz, Cooper, Layton Schwartz, Makai Schwartz, Blakely Vogt, Brett Loader and Brandon Loader; and his siblings, Larry Schwartz of Abilene, KS, Mary Ann Schwartz of Gilbert, AZ, Rose Michaels of Lincoln, NE, Tom Schwartz of Abilene, KS and Donna Hageman of Manhattan, KS..
A memorial fund is established to the Washington County Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
