Lawrence A. Herrs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence A. Herrs (Washington, Kansas), who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Herrs and Lucile Herrs (Stuenkel); his grandson Tyler Burt; and his brother-in-law Don Dodd. He is survived by: his wife Cara Burton; his children, Dana (Theresa), Angie Staggenborg (Kurt) and Corey Herrs of Tucson, AZ; his siblings, Joan Kosal (John), Palmer, Leonard Herrs (Vivian), Clifton, Joyce Dodd, Linn, Larry Herrs (Carolyn) and Judy Bisping (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Brett Herrs, Jenna Staggenborg, Trent Staggenborg and Aleah Staggenborg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
A memorial fund is established to KSDS or the Washington County Historical Museum, Washington.
