He is survived by: his wife Barb Rieth; his children, Lee (Kate), Alice Stoker (Larry), Lisa Rieth (Doug Zimmerman), Alan Rieth (Janet) and Christina Sporing (Earren) of Texhoma, OK; his sisters, Virginia Parker, Linn and Marcella Rieth; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Rieth and Cheryl Rieth.
A memorial fund has been established to St. Augustine Catholic Church or Linn Community Nursing Home.
