He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Zabokrtsky (Baker); and his sister Karen Price. He is survived by: his father Elmer Zabokrtsky; his wife Deb Wilson; his children, Sarah Zabokrtsky, Pamela Mitchell (Chance) and Kyle Zabokrtsky; his grandson Jaxon Zabokrtsky; and his sister Peggy Chapin (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
