He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jo; his children, Rob Patton-Cook (Darcy), Wendi Cook, Brian Hightower (Tamara), Rachel Bolejack (Jamie), Michelle Evans (Keith) and Joseph Cook (Dawn); his grandchildren, Tyler, Ethan, Chloe Solis-Cook, Allison Hawkinson (Tyler), Emily Stang (Ryan), Jacob Trumble (Tate), Jared Trumble, Joshua Trumble (Nikkel), Joseph Trumble (Grace), Jeremiah Bolejack, Julianne Bolejack, Mercedes Stunkel-Mertz (Grant), Samantha Stunkel (Kevin), Logan Davis (Cecelia), Turner Herrs, Emma Cook (Camden), Madison Jesse and Brian Jesse; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Jared Jr., Parker Trumble, Hazel Stunkel-Mertz, Carson Lebeuf, Violet and Scarlet Blackburn; and his sister Jane Larson (Roger). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
