As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Moravek and Emma Moravek (Houdek); and her brother Leland Moravek. She is survived by: her husband Leroy C. Long; her children, Roger Long (Dana) of Great Bend and Julie Long (Ariz) of Phoenix; and her grandchildren, Calista Randall (Jensen) of Mission and Kan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Ward Funeral Home (115 W 2nd St, Washington, KS 66968). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund is established in her name and will be designated later.
