He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Zabokrtsky and Katherine Zabokrtsky (Sawin); and his stepfather Gus Matson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Jason Zabokrtsky (Amy), Levi Zabokrtsky and Brett Zabokrtsky; his sister Nancy McCarty (Jon) of Allen, TX; his brother-in-law Reggie Craig; and his nieces and nephews, Michael McCarty, Patrick McCarty, Ethan Craig and Makaila Craig.
