He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Miller and Florence Miller (Sprague); his daughter Carol Fischer; his wife Clara Miller (Spence); and his brother Donnie.
He is survived by: his son Clyde Miller; his children-in-law, Pat Miller of Salina, KS and Jerry Fischer of Phillipsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Shane of Salina, KS, Sarah of Salina, KS, Scott Miller of Salina, KS and Brandon Fischer (Tara); his great grandchildren, Colten and Ashlyn Fischer; and also, Colten and Ashlyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in Dale's name for future designation to the Kansas Honor Flight Organization.
