She was predeceased by: her parents, K. H. Lalman and Bernita Lalman (Willis); her husband Don Kastl; and her siblings, Kenneth Lalman, Eloyse Stewart, Mardell Durnal and Shirley Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her brothers, Jarry Lalman (Mary) and Bill Lalman (Glenda); her grandchildren, Thad Powell, Amanda Powell and Taylor Miller; and her great grandchildren, Peyton Powell, Taytum Miller and Kalen Miller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established to the Washington County School Endowment Fund.
