It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Honig of Wamego, Kansas, born in Wheaton, Kansas, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Honig and Adele Honig (Figge); his wife Thelma Boskill (Anderson); and his brother Norman Honig. He is survived by: his children, Susan Rush (Larry), Elana Mishelle, Janet Boskill, Patti Schierkolk (Wayne) and Lyle Honig Mojica (Robert); his grandchildren, Jared Schierkolk, Jessica Long (Jay), Ryan Rush (Sara) and Tyler Rush; his sisters, Lavina Kolterman and Marcella Fairbanks; and his siblings-in-law, Ginger Self (Larry), Jim Anderson (Marinell), Don Anderson (Bernice) and Richard Anderson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
