He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Siebert and Aurelia Rose Siebert (Umscheid); and his siblings, Rita Brockish (Herman), Winifred Hofman (Bill), Ramona Pavia (Frank), Nates Siebert (Betty) and Leon Siebert (Joan).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Prockish; his children, Sandra Siebert (Steve Stevenson) of Perry, KS, Teresa Wells (Dwight) of Wamego, KS, Keith Siebert (Donna) of Alma, KS, Mike Siebert (Annette) of Westmoreland, KS and Kevin Siebert (Jeanette) of Alvin, TX; his grandchildren, Julian Rodriquez (Bronwyn), Joscelyn Mayfield (Marc), Adam Stephenson (Regina), Justin Volkel (Destiney), Jason Sims (Kim), Anthony Siebert (Kellie), Brad Schmitt (Mandy), Andy Schmitt, Eric Siebert, Nicholas Siebert, Evan Siebert and Catherine Siebert; and his siblings, Kenneth Siebert (Bernadette) of Ames, IA and Anita Weber (Thomas) of Camarillo, CA. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
