He is survived by: his parents, Warren Thomas "Joe" Shoulders and Rosanna Celeste Remsen Shoulders; his daughter Erin Elizabeth; and his siblings, KaitlynRae Zach (Jacob), Samantha Marie Fawcett (Cody) and Chase Alexandra Shoulders.
