He is survived by: his parents, James Edmund Ebert II and Jennifer Lynn Ebert (Weixelman) of Wamego; his sister Jessica Ebert; his son Kasyn James Ebert; his grandparents, Pat Weixelman (Angie) and Susan Anderson (Roger); his great-grandparent Mary Lou Anderson; his grandparents, James Ebert (Dorothy Winterman) and Alice Marten (Robert); his brother Jacob Eichem (Paige Divine); his brother Justin Ebert; his aunts and uncles, Jean Carley (Thad) of Wamego, Jill Wisdom (Eric) of Wamego, Lauren Anderson (Caleb Ubel) of Wamego, Candice Collette of Wamego, Zachary Weixelman of Wamego, Becky Riniker (Dirk), Virginia, Rhonda Trudo (Ron) and Lisa Diederich (Tim); his cousins, Jordan Carley, Morgan Carley, Logan Carley, Bailey Wisdom, Alex Wisdom, Ethan Wisdom, Derek Riniker, Amanda Riniker, Dylan Riniker, Nathan Carlston, Lexi Carlston, Brice Trudo, Lane Trudo, April Diederich and Casey Woltje; and also, Sutton and Madison Jager.
