He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Ediger and Esther M. Ediger (Frantz); and his brother Norm Ediger. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ediger (Farrell); his children, Christopher Ediger and Lisa Norman (Jimmy); his stepchildren, Lisa Gerstenkorn (Brian O'Neill) and Dan Gerstenkorn (Mary Beth Medford); his siblings, Howard Ediger (Marge) and Judy Sieh (Larry); his sister-in-law Marty Ediger; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Jayden Norman, Morgan Ediger, Annabelle and Oliver Gerstenkorn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established in Jim's name to Southern Gospel Music Association (SGMA) and to Habitat for Humanity and may be left with Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home, P. O. Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
