She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Neal and Mamie Neal (Phillips); and her siblings, Irene Hampton, Shirley Hardy, Richard Neal, Bryant Neal and Freeman Neal.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Drake; her daughter Peggie Leonard of Wamego; her grandsons, Rick Leonard (Barbara), Rob Leonard (Diane), Dr. Scott Wissman (Elisa) and Sean Wissman (Aditi); and her great grandchildren, Andrea Leonard (Jeff Goins), Ashley Douglas (Josh), Ashley Oliphant (Seth), Lindsey Thompson (Zach), Ryan Leonard (Paige) and Robyn Leonard (Adam Asbury). She is also survived by her thirteen great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
They suggest memorial contributions to Valley Vista Good Samaritan Center or Beacher Bible and Rifle Church, and those may be sent in care of the funeral home.
