She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Shockley and Maxine Shockley (Lawyer); her husband Michael E. "Bo" Bussart; and her siblings, Raymond Shockley and Carol Shockley.
She is survived by: her daughter Trisha Sides (Lonnie) of Topeka, KS; her grandsons, Allen Sides and Christopher Sides; her sister Rita Thomas (Larry) of Wichita, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Bracken (Louis) of Allen, KS, Debbie Tinsley (Gerald) of Topeka, KS and Erv Bussart Jr. (Debbie) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
