She was predeceased by: her husband Nate Hernandez Jr.; and her brother Leroy (Missing). She is survived by: her caregivers, Rev. Rick Hernandez and Julie of Wamego, Kansas; and also, Frank Hernandez, Betty Holland and Mary Hernandez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
