She was predeceased by: her father Edwin Mathesius, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Annette Mathesius (Balbo) of Wamego; her husband Jeffrey Frank Tapp; her children, Rebecca, Katherine, Nicholas, Joseph Michael, Mary Rose, John Paul, Christina Marie, Peter James, Anna Marie and Elizabeth Marygrace; and her siblings, Joseph Mathesius (Melinda) of Hopatcong, N. J., Denise Swigart (Daniel) of Mifflin, PA, Melissa Hughes (Thomas) of Fuquay-Varina and N. C.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
