She is survived by: her spouse Willie P. Nickels; her daughter Sharon Pendergrass (Max) of Concordia; her grandchildren, Brian Pendergrass (Lori) of Wichita and Lisa Supple (Chris) of Gardner; her great grandchildren, Alec Pendergrass, Haley Pendergrass, Marin Pendergrass, Ellie Supple and Nicholas Supple; and her sisters-in-law, Mary and Vickie Nickels.
Memorial contributions in Amy's name may be directed to Park Avenue Baptist Church or the Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
