He is survived by: his wife Susan Jerwick of Wakefield, KS; his daughters, Tina Wynn (Jarrod) of Clay Center, KS and Dawn Ryan (Larry) of Clay Center, KS.; and his brother Robert Skorvanek (Peggy) of Greenwich, CT..
