He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Fehlman and Marie Fehlman (Otto); his wife Mildred Nitsche; his granddaughter Alicia Fehlman; his sister Luella; and his brother-in-law Leland Schmutz.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte (Robert Anderson) of Jamestown, KS, David (Kay Fehlman) of Wakefield, KS., Howard (Deb Fehlman) of Junction City, KS. and Marvin Fehlman (Michelle) of Phillipsburg, KS.; and his sister Arlene (Dick Elkins) of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren 1 Great Great Grandchild.
